Tensions rise as Cambodian civilians confront Thai soldiers at border in Nong Chan .Tensions escalated along the Thai-Cambodian border in Nong Jan, located in the Khao Sam Kaeo district of Sa Kaeo province, after Thai authorities installed a three-language (Thai, English, and Khmer) sign warning Cambodian nationals to vacate Thai territory. This comes after the Governor of Sa Kaeo ordered the relocation of 170 Cambodian families who had encroached on Thai land.
